wealth · material completion · inheritance · family · lasting prosperity
A reflective starting point
What is Ten of Disks — Wealth asking you to look at?
Meaning changes with the position, the surrounding cards and your question. Take what follows as a language, not a verdict.
Upright
Prosperity and stability: the fruit of long labour is ripe, so share it.
At first sight
Wealth, lasting prosperity, estate, family. It points to material completion, the stability that is passed on through time, inheritances and shared goods.
Within you
The satisfaction of someone who has built something solid and lasting; but also the risk that wealth becomes an end in itself, losing its purpose.
On the path
Earth in Malkuth, with Mercury in Virgo, his house and exaltation, in the third decan: Mercurial intelligence organises matter in its most complete form. Wealth is the completion of the material Work, which must however return to circulation so as not to stagnate.
The shadow
Ill-dignified, it signals avarice, heaviness, materialism, stagnation of goods.
Reversed
In the Thoth tradition a reversed card is read through its dignity with the neighbouring cards; this is its shadow side.
Wealth that stagnates or is scattered; conflicts over inheritances or family property.
In love, work and spirit
Love. A solid family, a lasting relationship, long-term plans.
Work. Full success, estate, family businesses, stability.
Spirit. Wealth as responsibility: keeping the gifts received in circulation.
Correspondences

Crowley's note
In the Thoth deck ten disks arranged on the Tree of Life carry the symbols of Mercury, with the largest disk in Malkuth: wealth which, to stay alive, must circulate.
